Here is what I did and Iattached a pic to show you how much I got:Walgreens:3 110 ct Kleenex 0.89 ea(my coupon expired 11/21....should have beencheaper)2/2.49 Coffee Mate Creamer, used 1.50 coupon (.99 total for 2)PAID: 0.97 (used coupons above and $3 RR)total savings: 8.19Walmart:24 Yoplait cups (sale .48) used 4/.50 off 6...should have used the .75 offany yogurt coupon...forgot4/4packs of Yoplait Delights (they are delicious)...2.34 ea with $1 couponfor ea2 Cool Whip: .98 ea2 CW Frozen Veggies 1.96 ea and then used $1 couponNestle Chocolate Chips $1.78 and then used .50 couponPAID: 22.76total saved: 7.54 (not including savings on yogurt...normally .60 ea ormore)Albertsons (three transactions because of three sets of doublers):Transaction 1:Alb Marshmellows sale price 1.193 Coffee Mate flavored creamer for 4.69ea...1 on sale for 2.49...used threecoupons with doublers: $5 savedAlb Cranberry Sauce 2 cans 1.12 store coupon made them .57 eaRed Star Yeast 2.69...sale for 1.00Paid: 10.61 for 7 itemstotal Saved: 11.08Transaction 2:4 Kraft 8oz cheeses on sale for 1.88 (was 4.49) used (2) 2/1.00 coupons anddoublers: $4 saved off of sale price...should have used $1 off cheese coupon but forgot to grab it out of theprinter....3 Philly Cream cheese...used .88 ea (2 limit), so paid 2.49 forthird...used 3/1.00 coupon and doubled to $23 bags Frozen Birdseye Steamers Veggies: grabbed wrong bags to use my .35coupons on, but still only paid .87 eaPAID: 8.72 for 10 itemsTotal Saved: 26.37!!!Transaction 3:Diamond Pecans was 5.99, on sale for 4.49, used 1.00 coupon and doubled4 Kellog cereals for $10, get free milk up to $4 and free bowls: used3/1.00 coupon and 1/.75 coupon and doubled....also I was given $4 off my receipt for the milk even though I pickedout $2.19 Alb milk!!!!Healthy Choice Frozen Meal: 2.49 used $2 coupon....49 cents!!So...4 boxes of cereal (priced $5.50 to $4), pecans, milk, and frozendinner (for my lunch) for....Paid: 8.95 for 7 itemstotal saved: 24.36!!!So for the items above and in the pic, I Paid: $52.01 for aprox. 132.19 ingroceries. Walmart, Walgreens, and Albertsons are all on the corner ofGreenhurst and 12th Avenue in Nampa, so I didn't have to waste gas...and Iam taking a survey from Albertsons to earn $2 off next purchase. We use alot of cheese and yogurt, so it was a great shopping trip!

Livin' it up at the Ritz

OK, no travel plans, just great buy on Ritz Crackers...Freddies this week has Ritz Crackers 3/$5. Limit 3. so do multiple transactions...combine it with the $1.00 Nabisco from the 11/8 insert (somehow I ended up with 10 inserts) makes them .67 each, needed one more item got Wheat thins used same coupon. Got for $1.00, so for 7.03 got all 10 items...then submitted for Keep the Jingle in the Holidays $10 rebate, for buying 10 Nabisco Items...$2.97 money maker. Get the 1# box, same price as the 12oz box, more for your moolaaa. I also got the 2# Tillamook Cheese in ad cpn $3.99, had the $1.00 from fouraday.com, made it $2.99. Great for Cheese and crackers. 2% milk was 2.19 a gallon too.

Fabulous Give Away at Fabulessly Frugal

Hey there Chick A Dee's! Crazy things going on there. So I'm visiting my favorite Web site: http://www.fabulesslyfrugal.com already have the on my side bar, and see a contest they are having and I want to enter! It's a give away for packets of 8 weeks of Inserts! Man could I use these! I just started couponing the middle of October...bought myself a coupon binder for my self for my birthday and it has helped a bunch! But am missing out on things from inserts from before I started. I've also shared my learnings with my friends and Family and now we have more couponers out there. I could really use these insterts! As you guys know I'm a stay at home mom, that retired from her job, (I'm 34) 5 1/2 years ago to be with my kids and take care of my elderly grandmother who had a stroke. It broke my heart to see her in the nursing home so brought her to live with our crazy clan. I'm blessed with a very loving hubby and 3 kiddos, 9/4/3, so you can imagine our grocery bills are not small. We've managed to make it work, but I wanted a way to make it work....a little better. I heard about the great deals couponing helped people but could never make it work. Thanks to a friend Neva, she turned us all on to this great way of life, and now my friends and I are Saving the bank! I'm getting my pantry filled..and am blogging about it on the way to help my friends save too. We kinda have our own little network, letting each other know what's happening where, and keep an eye out for stuff our buddiesa can use. Anyway, this is my entry! Expired Coupons????

So today as I was refilling my coupons from the Sunday Inserts I came across a lot of coupons that had expired...I hate to just throw them away and remember seeing on a website where you can send expired coupons to our troops overseas, they can use them for up to 6 months after they expire... I found this website www.grocerysavingstips.com/expiredgrocerycoupons.htm that has bases you can choose from and send the coupons too. So I'm giving it a try. With Family in the military it makes this and extra special way for me to Thank Them for their service.

Call Me Crazy....Just don't call me late for dinner...

No really, this might seem odd, but I have noticed lately, that if I see and add on TV on an item, there is more than likely a coupon out there at the time too? Anyone else notice this strange fact? kinda gives you a heads up of what to be on the lookout for!

Maxed Out at Albies 11/8

WOW is all I have to say. I spent $65, total would have been $249, Saved $184, plus got 25c off a gallon at the gas pump. We are stocked up with enough stuff to last a month that we will love to eat, not generic Name Brand and Yummy. Amazing....If you need help, sale good thru Tuesday.

Target/Walgreens/Albies & Walmart

What a day of shopping! All of this for only $36.70! Over 44.51 in savings.

Target: 8 Frosted Flakes $1. each after cpns(Bradens Favorite), 2 Frosted Mini Wheats,2 brownie mixes, 2 cake mixes, 2 frostings, on sale and combo's with coupons.

Albertsons: 3 day sale on 5# flour and sugar 1.77 e, limit 2, so do three transactions. Also Gold Fish, buy 2 $5 off $4.49 each.

WalMart: 7 day sale, Cream of Mushroom/Chicken Soup $.58 each. Great Price, plus I had a cpn for $1.00/2. Also had Honey Bunches of Oats Almond Clusters $2.28, had 2 2$2. off coupons $.28 each.

Walgreens: Shampoo, Hair Gel and another shampoo....$3.62, plus a $2. RR so that's like $1.62.
